The hotel has a central location. The staff were helpful . The building included a lift, useful for transporting luggage.
The room was rather small. There was limited space to open suitcases.

the location proved excellent, placing key attractions within easy reach. the room provided a good canal view. i appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities. a small fridge was available. the staff demonstrated friendliness.
some furnishings was a bit worn, and the carpets could benefit from updating.

great location helpful staff luggage storage
the location was great. the staff were very helpful. there was a place to leave luggage after check out until afternoon. i did also like that the room included a table with chairs, also water boiler and tea and coffee.

the location is central. several restaurants are within a five-minute walk. public transport options are very close, and it allowed me to move around the city with ease.

Acceptable stay
great proximity helpful staff dirty carpet unsafe lamp
The location had a really great proximity to many tourist attraction. I could walk to most places without any problem. The staff was friendly and helpful to me .
The cleanliness in my room was not good to me. The carpet seemed dirty and made me uncomfortable to walk barefoot. One of the lamps was coming off the wall and was not safe.

friendly staff excellent location peeling paint clogged drain
the staff was very friendly. location was excellent, it was walking distance to many places.
the bathroom needs a little attention. the shower specifically had tiles painted over, so when showering paint flakes clogged the floor drain.
